I had my vehicle repaired recently at Auto Art in Smyrna. Scotty Thompson was my "go to" person and I explained to him what brought me to Auto Art. He gave me an estimate for the damages and explained once the body shop went to work on the damages there could be underlying problems. Scotty called to explain what else had been found under the bumper. He even sent me a picture of the damage, as I was unable to go to the shop. He worked with my insurance company and both he and the insurance adjuster stayed in touch with me. Scotty was very professional and if I didn't understand something he took his time addressing my concerns.I sincerely appreciate the service I received from Scotty, which began with the receptionist, Brittney, and all the behind the scene technicians who I feel did a great job on my vehicle. Thanks to all of you.
We have taken two cars to the 3811 Charlotte Avenue location. The folks there, Tonya and the manager, Craig, are just outstanding. They are polite, do what they say they will and stand behind their work. I give them an A++++++,
I wish to express my most sincere appreciation to the management and employees of Auto Art South, in Murfreesboro, TN. Those employees, with whom I interacted, had expressed a genuine interest in my well-being as well as getting my vehicle repaired in an expedited manner as I have only one vehicle. Two accidents in less than two months created the second go-around and I were most appreciative of their willingness in accepting the repair request the second time even though they are very busy. Superb body repairs and a flawless paint job, matching the six years old vehicle's original color - it is indeed an Art. I highly recommend this group to anyone who is in need of a first-class repair work on their vehicle.
I would just like to say how impressed I am with this company! I had a few delays because of how I filed my insurance paperwork - they were kind and patient while I got that issue resolved. I was also out of town when the work was done. They kept me up-to-date and held my car until I was home. Everyone I worked with was helpful and friendly! I was delighted when I picked up my car this morning to discover that they didn't try to add any extras to the cost and my car was cleaner than when I left it (vacuumed and wiped down). Thank you for completely taking the stress out of the process!
I always do a lot of research before going anywhere in regards to auto repair, doctors, vet clinics for our pups, etc. After reading many excellent reviews of Auto Art, I decided to give the company my business to fix a small ding on the side of my Toyota Sequoia. The Hendersonville Auto Art location has been professional, very courteous, and honest with the price of repairs and the estimated time of completion. The company actually completed repairs on my vehicle a day early. My car looks brand new again and there are absolutely no signs of damage. Just wanted to mention the outstanding service I received when i had to get my car fixed at AWC. I already knew from customer feedback that Chris & the gang did a great job, but I got to experience it first hand. Apart from the high-quality work, the communication was phenomenal. FINALLY a body shop that doesn’t treat you like you’re just another number in their corporate ran assembly line!!!! Scotty & all of the employees are so personable, professional & friendly! He kept me very informed & made sure I knew every step they were taking in the process of fixing my car. That’s the first time anyone in the auto repair business didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of & he made a very stressful & scary time in my life just the opposite. I am so overly pleased with the quality of repair and customer service from Craig and his team at Auto Art South. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of! Craig made sure I knew what was going to happen to my vehicle and why he chose to do it that way! They’re very thorough in their analysis of the damage to the vehicle which results in a complete and total restoration. The seams between the parts are flawless and the paint job is immaculate. No one would ever know I hit a deer! I would recommend anyone in need of a body shop to Auto Art South!
