Danny Wallace took over his Father’s business in 1984, only two years after graduating from MTSU. He welcomed the opportunity to take over Auto Art Body Shop because he saw a greater future there then with his previous work as a dictation equipment salesman. Since joining Danny has steered Auto Art Body Shop through tremendous growth, bringing it to its current status of the oldest and one of the most respected body shops in Rutherford County.
In 2005, Twila was recognized by Akzo Nobel as one of the Most Influential Women in the Collision Industry. She holds a Master Certification in Body Shop Management from Ford Motor Company, Better Business Bureau Outstanding Customer Service Certification, and is I-CAR Platinum. Honors for her company include nomination for the prestigious Torch Award for fair and ethical business practices and Best Body Shop finalist for two consecutive years.
Twila currently serves on the Collision Repairer ISAC Committee for I-CAR, is a member of WIN, National Autobody Council, National Association of Professional Women, Nashville I-CAR committee, and past advisory board member for Lincoln College of Technology. She is active in the local Chamber of Commerce and has also volunteered for the American Heart Association, Read to Succeed and numerous other philanthropies through her affiliation with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, inc.
